We offer a Help Desk during normal business hours for our users for occasional inquiries. Typical areas where we can assist are on technical queries, troubleshooting or more general commercial support; such as selection of event type and setup. If you need more than occasional support, you can receive dedicated assistance via our Consultancy Services.
